Through
sports we learn many things that help us in life, such as working
together as a team and abiding by rules. Through sports we also
learn about and encounter adversity and loss. This year’s
conference – “RUN WITH ENDURANCE THE RACE SET BEFORE YOU” – is about
persevering through adversity from a sports perspective. Our speakers,
all of whom have a sports background or are involved in the world of
sports, will energize us and help us run the race of life with
endurance. |
